Welcome to Ariot 1984! Superb 75 -meter -nothing apartment entirely renovated and crossing with the view of the Eastern Quai which is pedestrian. This apartment offers you all the necessary comfort to spend a wonderful vacation with family or friends. Take advantage of your vacation without worrying about the cleaning. The terrace which gives on the pedestrian platform is very quiet, it will be ideal for having breakfast in the morning or enjoying a good meal in the evening. There are also deckchairs to sunbathe in the sun, a water point and an electric plancha. The rooms on the rear part of the apartment are spacious. The adjoining room in the bathroom has a Queen Size (160) bed with large storage dressing room. The second room also has a large dressing room and a double bed (140). The bathroom with simple basin, and walk -in shower is completely renovated. The accommodation is very pleasant in summer as in winter. Its location is ideal for enjoying the calm while being close to the city center.

Access to the flat through a locked main door. A lift is at your disposal. The flat is located on the first floor on the left. An outdoor parking space is available at no extra charge.
