Welcome to my 35 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Perfect for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 3 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.

Welcome! The entrance to this 35 m² apartment opens into a bright, elegantly decorated space. The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, a television, and a desk, perfect for relaxing or working. The dining area features a table that can seat up to three guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, toaster, and more. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel linens. The windows are equipped with electric blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and make yourself at home. The attached bathroom features a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All you have to do is unpack and enjoy!
