Set downtown, the property is close to various attractions like the Dubai Mall. It is located on the 14th floor and has elevator access. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the night air from the comfort of the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, each with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
