The Point Tower offers guests a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, concierge services, and secure parking. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from JBR Beach. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a sofa bed, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony overlooking the marina canal, where you can fully relax. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The elegantly decorated bedroom includes a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
