The room is tastefully furnished with modern decor, featuring two plush sofas, a large flat-screen TV mounted on a sleek marble-accented wall, and designer lighting fixtures. The open-plan layout includes a chic dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the picturesque Marina as your backdrop. Step out onto the attached balcony to relax and admire the beautiful scenery. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with high-quality appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed. Both rooms are elegantly designed and come with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The 2.5 bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
