Welcome to my 40 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator at Villeurbanne in Lyon. It can comfortably accommodate 4 in one bedroom with a double bed and a convertible sofa in the living room. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace. Ideally located 5 minutes from the tram station, you can enjoy a quiet stay in Lyon.

Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated, 40m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Lyon, such as (e.g. Lyon Botanical Garden, the zoo & La Part-Dieu business district) This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
