Welcome! The front door of this 36m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living room area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa, convertible into a double bed, carefully made with hotel-quality linens, and a television. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax in the sun. The dining area is suitable for two guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential utensils for preparing your meals. A washing machine is also available. The apartment has reversible air conditioning. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. On-site parking included. All you have to do is enjoy!

Guests will have access to the entire studio! Our studio is located conveniently in Rue Général Dayan. Key pickup is 6 minutes away on foot, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!
