Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 60² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It combines modern comfort with Azorean charm and big windows, creating a bright and relaxing retreat for your stay. The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a cosy sitting space with a TV for laid-back evenings and a dining table ideal for sharing meals. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and socialise easily, offering everything you need — oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware. A lovely sunroom with a washing machine adds extra convenience during longer stays. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated to ensure restful nights. The main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, TV, generous storage, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and plenty of storage, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. A shared bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The apartment also opens onto a lovely balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
