The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a delicious home-cooked meal. The dining area provides a welcoming setting for enjoying meals together. Large sliding glass doors open onto the patio, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. Here, you can enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by lush greenery or simply relax in the fresh air. The home offers two comfortable bedrooms, both filled with natural light from large windows. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for friends or children travelling together. Thoughtful décor and soft furnishings create a peaceful atmosphere for restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom provides a comfortable space to freshen up, featuring a refreshing shower and ample storage. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Step outside into the private garden, a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery. Guests will have exclusive access to the house, including the private garden and outdoor dining area. The home is part of a cluster of three houses, each offering its own private retreat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
