Welcome to my home! This charming 78m² apartment is perfectly located near top attractions, a variety of shops, supermarkets, and an array of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room boasts a cozy sofa where you can unwind, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. From here, step out onto the terrace to enjoy some fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delightful meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All beds are dressed in premium-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to freshen up with ease. To ensure your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your stay. Conveniently located on the first floor with elevator access. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
