Welcome to my apartment! This charming 1-bedroom apartment in Valencia is ideal for guests seeking a homely and well-decorated retreat. Located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, the apartment features a unique and rustic touch, with its ceiling adorned with beautiful wood beams. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave. It is integrated into the living room. It features a comfortable sofa bed for additional sleeping space and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. The property features a private terrace with cozy chairs and a table to sip your morning coffee and relax. Additionally, there is a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and ample storage space for all your belongings. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy.
