Welcome! This charming apartment with a jacuzzi, carefully decorated to provide comfort and make you feel right at home, is the perfect starting point to explore Madeira and its attractions. Ideal for couples, this accommodation features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax, watch TV, or work remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic dinnerware and utensils, it includes a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, and a washing machine to make your day-to-day easier. Access to the garden and the jacuzzi is conveniently located just off the living room. This allows you to easily soak up the sun, enjoy dinners under the stars, and benefit from the natural light that brightens the entire area. The outdoor garden, complete with a dining table and sun loungers, acts as a true balcony over the Atlantic Ocean, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the hillside. The main bedroom is harmoniously decorated and features a King-size bed, a built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and also benefits from beautiful sea views. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
