Welcome to my apartment! This 2-bedroom apartment in Atalaia, Madeira, is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. The property provides a well-equipped living space, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. Additionally, it offers the convenience of free parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the region and surrounding areas. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a wardrobe for convenient storage. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
