Welcome! This 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. Step outside and relax in the private garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoy the stunning sea views. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains two comfortable single beds that are together on a queen-size platform and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Kindly note that the jacuzzi is unavailable for use. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. No lying on the jacuzzi cover! You can drink the water from the tap in the kitchen as there is a filter that is changed regularly. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax)
