The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Salgueiros metro station is just across the street, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! This charming 85 m² house is ideally located near many of the city’s main attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants with diverse culinary options. Spread across three independent floors, the house is designed to offer all the comfort and convenience you need to feel right at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and inviting living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine available. On the lower ground floor, there’s an additional lounge space featuring a sofa bed and a pool table, a great spot to relax and have some fun with your group. The top floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe, and one of them also has a desk, ideal if you need to catch up on some work. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful and pleasant stay. The bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and feel at home. For your comfort, the house is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note that stairs are required to access both the lower and upper floors of the house.
