Welcome! This studio, prepared to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city and its attractions. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this welcoming space features a practical and inviting layout. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed separated by a slatted partition from the living area, which features a sofa that can be used as a bed for a child. The studio also features a spacious wardrobe to comfortably store your belongings and a dining area with a table and three chairs. The kitchenette is functional and perfect for preparing your lighter daily meals. In addition to crockery and basic utensils, it is equipped with a microwave, kettle and toaster, essential to help you throughout your day. The studio entrance leads directly to a charming shared patio, but the studio also has a private terrace where you can enjoy fresh air before starting your day, with complete privacy. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
