Welcome to TheBlueStay! Discover this bright and spacious apartment, ideally located in Paris's 13th arrondissement. This comfortable 45m² apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, ideally four, for a stay with family or friends.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this well-appointed apartment equipped for your needs: Living room: A welcoming space with a 120cm double sofa bed, TV, dining table for convivial moments. Kitchen: Modern, open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. Bedrooms: Two cosy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and quality bed linen. Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower, shower gel and shampoo. Toilet: One toilet in the bathroom. Additional amenities: Washing machine, iron, sheets and towels provided for each guest. 📌 Please note before booking: * The apartment is ideal for four people. With six, two guests sleep on the 120 cm double sofa bed in the living room and there is little space to store luggage: for six adults, space becomes tight. * The apartment has old walls: in winter, it takes time to warm up after your arrival and the indoor temperature can stay cool. If you feel the cold easily, bring warm clothes for a winter stay. We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations. On the plus side, you will be on the ground floor of a secure building, in a quiet inner courtyard, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, with two double bedrooms, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is self-guided by a 24/7 arrival guide. However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial to read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in.
