Welcome to my 85m² apartment on the 3rd floor (with a lift) in the 7th Arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.  Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Welcome to this beautiful 85 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (with a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower (15 minutes by foot), shops, and metro stations, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room features a table that seats up to six, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, crockery and a dishwasher. The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen – 160x190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and toilet, and the second with a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The balcony offers a pleasant relaxation area, furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
