A desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a Bose speaker, and an essential oil diffuser are also available for your use. Easy, stress-free living: the apartment includes a washer-dryer, a marble bathroom with a towel warmer, and a space optimised for your comfort. You’ll also benefit from quick and easy access to public transportation and all essential shops just steps from the apartment. Located in the heart of Paris in a historic neighbourhood, the apartment sits on the 4th floor of a classic residential building without an elevator. Please note that the air conditioning is a portable unit for one room. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, ensuring a calm and pleasant experience from the moment you arrive. Available exclusively with a Mobility Lease, to be signed prior to move-in. All that’s left to do is unpack and enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
