Welcome to my 21m² apartment on the 3rd floor in Paris's 13th arrondissement near the famous Place d'Italie. It comfortably accommodates two people with its one bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally located a 4-minute from the metro, it offers a peaceful and enjoyable stay in the City of Light. This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

Welcome! Step into this charming and cozy studio, where a bright and elegantly decorated space awaits you. The apartment features a double bed (160x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens and offering storage space underneath, as well as a TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, such as a microwave, kettle and espresso machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

لقد قضينا 7 أشهر في هذا السكن من أجل العمل. إنه هادئ وموقعه جيد ويسهل الوصول إليه، على مرمى حجر من ساحة إيطاليا. يتوافق السكن بكل الطرق مع الصورة والوصف.
