Welcome! Discover our spacious and comfortable 75 m² apartment, spread across two floors. Ideally located in the heart of the capital, it is on a quiet street while still benefiting from the vibrancy of the neighborhood. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator). The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a television offering unlimited access to national channels. You can relax on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a meal together around the dining table. The dining area features a table that can seat up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. It includes an oven, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, and a Nespresso machine with classic capsules. The two bedrooms are furnished with high-quality beds: one with a King-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and the other with a Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). The bed linens, carefully selected, are of hotel quality. The bathroom includes a spacious Italian-style shower, separate toilets, and a hairdryer for your convenience. For your comfort, the property is secured with a smoke detector. You will also have access to a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We provide hotel-quality bed linens and towels. In addition, the property is regularly cleaned by professionals to ensure you have the most pleasant stay. WiFi is available throughout your stay.
