Welcome to my 35m² apartment, located on the ground floor in the 13th arrondissement of Paris near the famous Place d'Italie. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people with its sofa bed, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Ideally situated just 4 minutes from the metro, it offers a pleasant and peaceful stay in the City of Light.

Welcome! The entrance door of this charming, cosy apartment opens onto a warm and elegantly decorated space. The living area is furnished with a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals (microwave, kettle and espresso machine). A washing machine is also available. The bedroom features a queen bed (160x200) carefully made with hotel-quality linens, a TV for entertainment, and a desk perfect for working remotely. The well-designed bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. Professionals thoroughly clean the apartment between each stay. All that's left to do is enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
