Welcome to my 40 m² apartment, located on the first floor in Paris’s 15th arrondissement. It comfortably accommodates two guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just two minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the City of Light.

Welcome! The entrance to this 40 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed and a large TV. The dining area includes a table that seats two guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing your meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine. The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200) carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens and storage space. The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, a shower, and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that's left to do is enjoy your stay!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
