Welcome to our home! The cozy living area has a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The adjoined kitchen and dining table are great for social cooking and eating together. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well. The bedroom comes with a double bed which is made up with fresh and clean linens for your full comfort. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower as well as fresh towels and other essential amenities. The property is also thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. I hope you have a fantastic stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
