This apartment is located in one of the liveliest areas of Paris near the Marais. You will also enjoy direct and fast access to the most important tourist places in the city of Paris. A perfect and trendy area to discover the real Parisian life with its small shops, restaurants and breweries at street corners. A few steps from the Place de la Republique, you will be able to reach several popular and unmissable sites very quickly by foot. There are many museums in this district such as the Picasso Museum, Carnavalet Museum,, Arts and Crafts Museum, Hunting and Nature Museum and the Museum of History and Art of Judaism . In the heart of the 3rd, there are also beautiful, quiet and pleasant gardens to enjoy a French pastry, the Anne Frank Garden as well as the Garden of the National Archives, but also the Square Georges Caïn, and the Square Saint-Gilles-du-Grand-Veneur.

Welcome! Compact and cosy at just 20m2, this ground floor flat is composed of a bright living area where you'll find the sofa and TV, and sharing the same space is the open kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove induction cooker, coffee machine, toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and chest drawers to store your belongings, connected to an open bathroom with a shower, sink, and mirror. Toilets are separated. A hairdryer, toiletries, sheets, and towels will be provided for your comfort. My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team that works hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 5 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please also take note that even though we can accommodate up to 3 people, we require our guests to request for the third person's stay in advance. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
