Welcome to my 48m² apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator in Paris. It is comfortably furnished to accommodate 3 people, with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 3 minutes from the Goncourt metro station, it offers easy access to the city's historical landmarks.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 5th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 48m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Atelier des Lumières and Musée National Picasso-Paris! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table for two. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need during your stay, such as a stove, a kettle, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a single bed. Both come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also available. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
