Located on the 11th floor (with an elevator), it has everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The Metro Line 6 will give you easy access to the Capital's historic sites.

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 11th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 47m² apartment is close to various attractions in Paris, such as La Place d'Italie! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a desk, perfect for remote workers. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
