Welcome to my 100 m² apartment on the 4th floor in Paris's 9th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people with its 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and large living room. Ideally located 2 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a unique stay in the City of Lights.

Welcome to this beautiful 100 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor (with an elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location near Montmartre, the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, and the Moulin Rouge, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquility. The double beds are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably. Le logement est équipé du Wi-Fi et dispose d'un détecteur de fumée pour votre sécurité. Le logement est nettoyé de façon professionnelle entre chaque séjour afin de garantir votre confort. Le logement est accessible par des marches, c'est pourquoi il n'est pas recommandé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
