Welcome to my 17m² apartment on the 3rd floor without a lift in the 18th Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.  Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris. Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful apartment measuring 17m², located on the 3rd floor (without a lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and a television. The sofa bed (double – 160x190) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel-dryer, a mirror and a toilet. There is also a washing machine for added convenience. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
