This recently renovated apartment is located in Marcq-en-Baroeul, boulevard Clemenceau. It is on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small secure building. The accommodation is spacious, very bright since it is crossing and even has a balcony facing the courtyard. Free public parking opposite (subject to availability).

The apartment is composed as follows: 1st floor : - After the front door of the apartment, you will take stairs leading directly to the large living room: lounge area, dining room, open fitted kitchen - separate WC - Large balcony (this is not a terrace, you cannot eat outside) 2nd Floor : - 2 bedrooms with double bed and storage - 1 bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with bath/shower, sink and WC As access to the apartment and the rooms requires stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Clemenceau Hippodrome” tram stop is an 8-minute walk away. The "Clemenceau" bus stop is at the foot of the building, about thirty meters away. V'Lille station 250 meters away (Marcq Swimming Pool Station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille.
