This apartment is located Avenue de la République in Marcq-en-Baroeul (3 minutes walk from the Brossolette tram stop). It is on the 1st floor with elevator of a very quiet and secure building. The accommodation is warm, very bright and even has a private indoor parking space. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

Be careful, access to the parking lot is relatively narrow. The garage door is approximately 2 meters high, and the width of the space itself is 1.90 m. It is necessary to maneuver in order to park. The apartment is composed as follows: - Large living room on the street side, with lounge area and dining room - Kitchen (always on the street side) equipped and functional - Bathroom with a large shower, sink, washing machine and dryer - Two (separate) very quiet bedrooms on the courtyard side - Separate WC with a small sink This accommodation is reserved for calm and respectful travelers.
