This apartment is located on Chemin du Château d'Eau, in Marcq-en-Barœul. It is on the first floor of a recent, secure building. It features three balconies (two off the living room and one off the bedroom) and a parking space. You will be about ten minutes from the "Buisson" tram stop. Shops are nearby. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips.

The apartment is composed as follows: - Living room with dining area, lounge area, and two balconies - Separate equipped kitchen - One bedroom with double bed and balcony (the window has a roller shutter) - Bathroom with bathtub and sink - Separate toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional housekeeping service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
