This charming house is located rue Rue Delespaul Havez, in Marcq-en-Baroeul. You will be less than 10 minutes from rue Gandhi, which is the entrance to Old Lille. The accommodation is warm, very well equipped and even has a beautiful large terrace at the back. It is a typical house in the North of France, ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The house is composed as follows: Ground floor - Entrance opening directly onto the living room area (internet and connected TV available) - Dining area - Equipped kitchen - Small laundry area with a washing machine - separate WC - Terrace at the back with a plancha for sunny days First floor : - Bedroom with double bed on the street side - Bathroom with shower, bathtub and sink, courtyard side Second floor : - Bedroom with double bed on the street side - Attic room with double bed on the courtyard side (rather suitable for children) Please note that the stairs in the accommodation are typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. You will be less than 10 minutes by car from the entrance to Old Lille, and around twenty minutes from the city center (train stations). The "Montgolfier" bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. V'Lille station 300 meters away (La Madeleine Gare station) You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Free street parking, with no time limit (subject to availability).
