The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the bus station is just 1 minute away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This delightful 71 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces. The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable single bed. Two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: Provided free of charge upon request for stays of 10 nights or more (includes towels and sheets).

لم أتمكن من الحضور، لكن طوال الفترة الماضية، كانت أشويثا سريعة في الرد ودائمة اللطف. لم أذهب بسبب مسألة شخصية من جانبي، وليس لأنني ارتكبت أي خطأ. في المرة القادمة بالتأكيد!!!
