The minimalist decor and pendant lighting create a warm ambiance. The kitchen, fully equipped with a stovetop, coffee maker, and toaster, allows for easy meal preparation. The property has a glass dining table for two, ideal for intimate dining experiences, and the washer ensures laundry convenience during your stay. Ascend a few steps to the loft bedroom, where a double bed and storage cabinets offer a cozy retreat. The separate modern bathroom, featuring a shower and elegant hexagonal tiles, provides a refreshing space to start your day. Please note that natural light enters through uncovered windows, but the bedroom area has a small curtain. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!
