Welcome to my house! This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is designed with an open-plan living room, kitchen and sleeping areas, and a private bathroom. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, a coffee maker and a microwave. The sleeping area is modernly decorated and includes a comfortable double bed. There is also a sofa bed that can only be appropriately used by children—you need to request the linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

إقامة رائعة إذا كنت تريدها هادئة. يمكنك الوصول إلى هناك بسرعة كبيرة من الطريق السريع ولكن لا يمكنك سماع أي شيء من الطريق. حي هادئ جداً. ذُكر في مراجعة سابقة عدم وجود تكييف هواء، وهذا موجود الآن ويعمل.
