Welcome to my home! This lovely 40m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary options. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a homely sofa perfect for relaxing, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals or work. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a complete set of cookware and cutlery. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a wardrobe, with hotel-quality linens provided to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom comes stocked with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries so that you can freshen up with ease. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

شقة نظيفة جدًا وجميلة. تحتوي على كل ما تحتاجه، حتى غسالة أطباق. لم نرغب في المغادرة. شكرًا على إتاحة الفرصة لنا للإقامة في هذا المكان الرائع خلال عطلتنا. نرغب في العودة إلى هنا مرة أخرى :)

كان مكان الإقامة نظيفًا للغاية، والمطبخ مجهزًا بالكامل، والسرير كبيرًا ومريحًا. كان هناك الكثير من المساحة للتخزين. كما كان موقعه مناسبًا جدًا بالنسبة للمطار.
