Welcome to my home! This delightful 55 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is accessible by stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. As you enter, you'll find open-plan living and kitchen areas. The living space features a sitting area (with a sofa bed) where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a microwave, an oven and a cooking plate. There is also a washing machine available. The bedroom includes a double bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Guests can also enjoy the lovely terrace, which provides fresh air and sunlight. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

الشقة عتيقة في حد ذاتها والصور مطابقة للواقع. كما أنها كانت نظيفة جداً. جميع التعليمات من المضيف كانت واضحة جداً ولم يكن لدينا أي أسئلة على الإطلاق! الأمران اللذان يمكنني ملاحظتهما هما رائحة العفن عند
