The property is close to various attractions, beautiful viewpoints, hiking trails, good restaurants, and shops. There's only one bus available in the area on weekdays, so the best way to explore the island is by car.

Welcome to my home! This delightful 150 m2 two-story property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. As you enter, you'll come across the sleeping area, which is composed of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, multiple storage spaces, and a TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a large wardrobe. Both bedrooms can access a lovely terrace with an incredible nature's view. The common bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up. Downstairs, there are open-plan living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave, and a dining table ideally located to take advantage of the breathtaking view. There is also a service bathroom with a washing machine available. This floor is also surrounded by a beautiful exterior area, including a private garage and garden. Please, note that there is a security camera on the exterior site. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
