The flat comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom features a luxurious super king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cosy double bed. A contemporary bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower ensures convenience and comfort during your stay. The open-plan living area is designed with relaxation in mind. Settle into the spacious L-shaped sofa and enjoy the calm, homely atmosphere. The adjacent dining area is ideal for sharing meals and planning your day, while the fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances you need to cook at your leisure. A private garden offers a rare touch of green serenity in the city, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
