Welcome to this bright and stylish West London apartment located in the heart of Acton, offering a comfortable and well connected base for your London stay. Blending contemporary design with characterful architectural features, this home provides a welcoming and modern space ideal for both short and extended visits. Set within a beautiful Grade II listed building and featuring high ceilings, the apartment retains a sense of historic charm while offering modern comfort. The apartment comfortably accommodates two guests, with space for up to four in total using the double sleeper sofa in the living area. There is one well appointed bedroom featuring a double sized bed, along with one bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. Situated on the first floor, the property also benefits from access to a communal garden, offering a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy during warmer months. Inside, the open plan living area is flooded with natural light from large statement windows, enhancing the airy atmosphere and highlighting the warm wooden flooring throughout. The space has been thoughtfully designed to balance modern minimalism with inviting comfort. The sleek, handleless kitchen is fitted with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher and a combined washer dryer, and flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an ideal setting for relaxed meals or remote working. Neutral furnishings are complemented by solid wood accents, while the bedroom’s bold wooden panel headboard adds a distinctive boutique touch. The clean, monochrome bathroom delivers a polished, spa like finish, completing a home that feels both contemporary and welcoming.

Excessive noise, particularly during evening and night hours, will not be tolerated. *No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at the property. *The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography. *Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service dogs. *Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
