Baixa is a hub for commerce and tourism. During the day, it bustles with activity, from shoppers browsing international and local stores to visitors exploring the historic sites and museums scattered throughout. Its central location connects it easily to other parts of the city, such as the historic Alfama district, the upscale Chiado, and the lively Bairro Alto. One of Baixa’s defining features is its grid-like layout, a rarity in European cities. The main thoroughfare, Rua Augusta, is a lively pedestrian street that stretches from the magnificent Praça do Comércio to the stately Rossio Square, both significant landmarks in Lisbon. Praça do Comércio's grand arcades and views over the Tagus River are a monumental gateway to the city. Welcome! This lovely 70m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
