A short and pleasant walk downhill to Baixa takes you to the majestic Praça do Comércio (Terreiro do Paço) and the banks of the River Tagus. Welcome! This bright and elegant apartment, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point for exploring Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for couples or families, this apartment features a welcoming living area connected to the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, an elegant dining table and a television — the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped and is fantastic for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as other appliances to make your daily routine easier. The bedroom features harmonious and minimalist décor, and is equipped with a relaxing double bed, a desk by the window (ideal for working) and a spacious wardrobe to store your belongings. The bed comes with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, which is in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
