Welcome! This delightful 35m² ground-floor property is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. Designed with charming vintage touches, this apartment offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Please note that access to the building involves climbing stairs on one of Lisbon’s traditional stepped streets, and there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a mini fridge, a cooking plate and a coffee maker, allowing for easy meal preparation. A charming dining corner and vintage-style furnishings add character to the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The open layout also features a comfortable double bed with elegant detailing, a cosy sitting area with a patterned armchair, and a beautifully crafted wooden table. With ample natural light and tasteful decor, this apartment offers a distinctive and comfortable stay for guests. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: The building has old architecture, and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
