The apartment was renovated in 2024 and is located on rue Saint André in the Vieux-Lille district. The Grand Place and Opera are 15 minutes away, and the train stations are a 20-minute walk away. Stores and boutiques are nearby in this charming historic district!

Located on the first floor of a typical Lille building, this apartment was renovated and decorated with care in 2024! It comprises a large living room with high ceilings, including : - A living room with sofa bed and comfortable armchairs - An open-plan fitted kitchen - A dining room seating up to five people, with a baby high chair - Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC - A large bedroom with two double beds (140X200) The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire apartment. 24-hour check-in possible. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host's presence. Rihour metro station is an 18-minute walk away, Lille Flandres train station is a 20-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 25-minute walk away, Magasin bus station 150 m away (line 10 to train stations, Vieux-Lille shuttle line).
