This apartment in located on Rue Royale, 7mins from the Grand Place and the Opera House, 10mins from Lille train station. The neighborhood is lively, you are in the heart of shopping streets and restaurants.

Our apartment is in a traditional Lille building. As it is an older construction, sound insulation is limited, and you may sometimes hear the sounds of daily life from the building and surroundings. Please note that the staircase to the apartment is a spiral staircase, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility problems take this into consideration before booking. The apartment is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Courtyard flat in quiet location ! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for the household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainments at your disposal via the TV: Molotov TV! The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful building typical of Lille, you will have access to the entire house. Typical of the old buildings of the Vieux Lille, the accommodation is full of charm, but the access can be complicated for some people: there is no lift, and a narrow spiral staircase.
