Located on rue Baptiste Monnoyer in the centre of Lille, the studio is on the third floor of an Appart'Hotel-type residence with no lift. The train stations are a 15-minute walk away, and République Beaux-Arts metro station is 5 minutes away.

The building being old and typical of Lille, soundproofing is naturally more limited than in a modern building, and it is not unusual to hear noise from the building or the neighbourhood. The staircase leading up is also narrow and steep, so please plan accordingly if you're travelling with luggage, young children, or have reduced mobility. The apartment is composed as follows: - A living space with double bed and equipped kitchen area - A separate bathroom with shower and toilet The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. République Beaux Arts metro station is a 3-minute walk away, Lille Flandres station is a 15-minute walk away, Lille Europe station is a 20-minute walk away, République Beaux Arts bus station is a 3-minute walk away, V'Lille station is 1 minute away (Place richebé).
