This flat is located in the heart of Lille, on rue des Débris-Saint-Étienne, often referred to as passage Alcide, just a short walk from the Grand Place, in a quiet environment. It is located on the 3rd floor of a secure building typical of the city, with no lift. Restaurants, bars, shops, transport links and stations are all within walking distance. Ideal for tourists or business travellers.

The flat comprises - Entrance hall then, directly on your left, the living area with fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room - Three bedrooms, one on the courtyard side and two on the street side, with double beds and a small work area - Bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no lounge area in the accommodation. Caution for people who are sensitive to light: the windows are fitted with blackout curtains but do not have shutters.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.
