This 17m² apartment is located on Rue Colson, in the Vauban district of Lille. It is on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a secure building. You'll be just steps from schools (Catholic University, IESEG, ICAM, etc.), shops, and Lille's main attractions (Citadel Park in particular). Free on-site parking. Ideal for visiting the city and/or for your business trip!

Please note: the apartment overlooks the street. A bar is located next door, which may cause some noise disturbance. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchenette - Living room with double bed, dining area, and television - Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional housekeeping service + laundry service for linens. All linens are provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.
