The flat is located in a typical Lille residence, and comprises a bright living room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140x200 double bed, a large bathroom and a separate toilet. Renovation work is currently underway on the ground floor of the building, with scaffolding in place for the refurbishment of the common areas.
